The healthcare ‘Great Resignation’ has resulted in a 30% loss of nurses. Job burnout, staffing shortages, and workplace violence are major concerns. There are a variety of new technologies that assist nurses to optimize patient care and provide a higher degree of job satisfaction. Nurse leaders will discuss their experience with real-time location systems (RTLS), virtual patient monitoring, EHR integrations, and AI-powered solutions.
