The healthcare ‘Great Resignation’ has resulted in a 30% loss of nurses. Job burnout, staffing shortages, and workplace violence are major concerns. There are a variety of new technologies that assist nurses to optimize patient care and provide a higher degree of job satisfaction. Nurse leaders will discuss their experience with real-time location systems (RTLS), virtual patient monitoring, EHR integrations, and AI-powered solutions.

After the panel discussion, optional tour of the new, GSU advanced clinical skills and simulation center (next door). With 48 hospital beds, high-fidelity manikins, and seating for 80 nursing students.
