Richard Dunavnt
Head of IT Infrastructure, Security & Support
Richard Dunavent has held a number of IT Leadership roles in the Healthcare and Financial industries. He was formerly head of IT and Security for loan portfolio investor, Galaxy Asset Management. Within 18 months, he was later recruited to head the IT Operations and Security departments by FinTech and national mortgage company, Cardinal Financial. Richard led IT through Cardinal’s growth from 5 sites and 500 employees to well over 2,000 employees across 200 sites.
His latest challenge is with Conisus, a bio-pharmaceutical communications company servicing global Pharma. He oversees IT Infrastructure Operations at Conisus, with a primary focus on policy, process, and GRC.
In his personal life, Richard is a husband, a father to 3, a coach, and an aspiring renaissance man. His hobbies include fishing, hunting, teaching/mentoring, and serving at his church with his wife.
Reggie McNeill
Senior Vice President Infrastructure, Communications & Technology
Reggie leads BCD Travel’s companywide infrastructure, communications, and technology organizations supporting 13,800 employees across 109 countries. In this role, he is responsible for developing and executing the company’s global infrastructure strategy regarding cloud services, enterprise architecture, network services, voice and data communications, collaborations platforms, end user compute, network operations center, and technical compute platforms. With over twenty-five years of Information Technology experience he brings a broad global experience in aligning technology with business drivers, IT transformation, and driving innovation.
Prior to joining BCD, Reggie held the role of Technical Service Manager, Provider Technology Services at McKesson Corporation (1998-2004) and Computer Technician, Information Technology at United Parcel Service (1992-1998) prior that. He is also a retired Military Intelligence Officer with 20 years of military service (1987-2007) retiring from the GaARNG at the rank of Major.
Tommy Meek

Tommy Meek is the Vice President, Enterprise Technology Solutions at Aaron’s with an extensive record of achievement in delivering technology innovation, client satisfaction and smooth operations in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Most recently, Tommy’s specific areas of expertise include the direction of the Enterprise Technology Solutions organization for Aaron’s with a mission to be ultimate partners, provide superior support and pave the roads for technology success through innovation within the Aaron’s business. This includes the leadership and oversight of the Enterprise Solutions, Technology Infrastructure and Operations organizations.

Jason James
Chief Information Officer
Jason James serves as Net Healths’s, Chief Information Officer and leads the development and transformation of all IT applications, infrastructure, security/compliance, support and operations. Jason is responsible for the delivery of the Net Health SaaS platforms which serves over 5 million patients. Jason has over twenty years of experience modernizing IT organizations to ensure the highest level of performance in Cloud and SaaS services. Jason is considered an IT thought leader and serves as a frequent speaker and contributor to IT publications. In 2017, Jason was named “20 must-follow CIOs on Twitter” by The Enterprisers Project. Prior to joining Net Health, he directed IT for several fast-growth technology companies including EarthLink, PRGX, and Servigistics. In addition to various technical certifications, he holds a bachelor’s of science degree from Oregon State University and a master’s degree in Applied Information Management from the University of Oregon. Jason holds various awards and nominations including a 2014 finalist for an ATP Gala Award in the enterprise category and a 2015 finalist for an ATP Gala Award in the technology category. In March 2020, Jason was finalist for Pittsburgh CIO of the Year.
