In order to realize our full potential as a state, we must foster spaces for learning, growth, and opportunities for those who have traditionally been underrepresented in the tech industry. That is the reason behind the launch of our TAG Bridge Builders initiative last year, with a focus on Black founders and Black tech professionals.
Today, we’re proud to join forces with SkillStorm. Together, TAG Bridge Builders and SkillStorm will provide technology training and certification, targeting both early-career professionals and seasoned employees seeking career advancement. SkillStorm, with its mission rooted in bolstering careers in high-demand technologies, is a vital partner in this endeavor.
As part of this initiative, we will offer full scholarships for programs such as CompTIA and Cybersecurity, creating vital pathways for Black Georgians to enter the tech workforce or advance into senior leadership roles.
