This week I was joined by an incredible technology leader and strategist on the Technology Association of Georgia’s podcast TAG Tech Talks. Carolyn Pleiss, VP of Strategy & Value Realization at Cox Enterprises, discussed transforming their marketing and team culture and shared her strategies for driving performance, leading change, and consumer empathy.
