As Chief Executive Officer and board member of Onepath, Ben Balsley is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational success of the company. His primary focus is expanding strategic customer and partner relationships to enable the ongoing growth of the company and success of Onepath’s customers. Ben was the CEO of Endeavor Telecom prior to its merger with Onepath Systems in 2015.
Prior to joining Endeavor, Ben held various functional leadership roles within Logistics, Customer Service, and Service Operations, as well as Merger Integration and Business Transformation, Entrepreneurship, and Corporate Strategy. Over his career Ben has served in leadership positions in multiple businesses in Atlanta including: Altisource, AT&T, Bellsouth, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, and McMaster-Carr Supply Company.
Ben graduated from Davidson College with a BA in History. At Davidson, he was a 4-year Army ROTC Scholarship winner. His first job out of college was with the US Army, where he served as an Artillery Officer. While in the Army, he was awarded the Army Commendation Award and the NATO and Foreign Service Medals for his efforts as part of Operation Joint Guard in Bosnia – Herzegovina. Upon completing his service, Ben earned a MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a dual concentration in General Management and Global Supply Chain Management.
Ben currently lives in Atlanta, GA with his wife Sarah and their two boys Jacob and Boyd. He is active in community outreach through his church and has served on the Artemis Board at the Fernbank Museum of Natural History and as a volunteer consultant with Community Consulting Teams, INC. He is also an Eagle Scout.
