The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Corporate Development Society is pleased to announce the appointments of new leadership and members to their 2022 Board of Directors.
Christy Brown is the board Chair and the Society’s first female leader. Ms. Brown is President of LaunchPad2X, a nonprofit supporting female entrepreneurs. Christy has 20 years of executive leadership as a founder, venture capital investor and executive leader spanning multiple geographies and industries. She led the Atlanta expansion of venture capital investment platform Loeb Enterprises and is the recipient of the 2021 “Siggie” award for conscious capitalism.

The Corporate Development Society held another successful year of hosting high-quality, live webinars with industry participation nationwide. Programs provided insights on relevant corporate development topics, shared by C-level executives to include: Co-founders of Greenlight Financial Technology ($2.3Bn valuation); Founding CTO of Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE); Co-Founder of Kabbage (NYSE: AXP); COO of Raymond James Investment Banking (NYSE: RJF); and the Chief US Economist of BBVA (NYSE: BBVA). The Society’s annual ‘CXOs’ signature event featured LeaseQuery, an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing and a Deloitte Technology Fast 500 company, which raised $40 million from Goldman Sachs.
