Preparing Georgia’s Next Era of Success

June is always a reminder that innovation ecosystems are built through relationships.

At TAG, some of the most meaningful conversations happen outside of boardrooms and conference stages — through the connections that bring leaders together across industries, companies, and communities. That spirit is at the center of TAGit and the work happening across Georgia’s technology ecosystem every day.

Later this month, technology and business leaders from across the state will come together at the TAGit Global Innovation Cup at TPC Sugarloaf in support of TAG-Ed and the next generation of Georgia’s workforce.

TAGit has become much more than a golf tournament. It’s a reflection of how connected Georgia’s technology community truly is. The relationships built there continue long after the event — creating partnerships, opening doors, and helping strengthen the collaboration that drives innovation across our state.

Just as importantly, TAGit directly supports the future of Georgia’s workforce.

Through TAG-Ed, we continue working to expand access to STEM education, support computer science pathways, and help students across Georgia prepare for careers in technology and innovation. As industries evolve and technologies like artificial intelligence continue reshaping the economy, investing in talent development has never been more important.

Georgia’s long-term success as a global hub of innovation depends on more than technology alone. It depends on people — students, educators, entrepreneurs, builders, and business leaders — all working together to create opportunity and move the state forward.

That alignment continues to set Georgia apart.

We’re seeing strong momentum across the ecosystem as companies invest in growth, emerging technologies continue advancing at an unprecedented pace, and organizations across industries adapt to a rapidly changing environment. At the same time, Georgia continues to attract talent, investment, and companies looking to be part of a collaborative and forward-looking technology community.

As we move into the second half of the year, that momentum continues with programs and events focused on the future of AI, fintech, cybersecurity, digital infrastructure, and workforce development — all contributing to Vision 2030 and Georgia’s position as a global hub of innovation.

Thank you for continuing to invest your time, leadership, and partnership into this community. The progress happening across Georgia’s innovation economy is only possible because of the people and organizations committed to building it together.
