Later this summer, TAG is looking forward to hosting our 18th annual TAGit Golf Tournament. The event helps support our mission of connecting, promoting, influencing and educating Georgia’s technology ecosystem, advancing the innovation economy and supporting STEAM education efforts.

This year, we expect to host around 150 golfers. Part of the proceeds will directly fund the TAG Education Collaborative’s mission of supporting the next generation of tech talent in Georgia. Through talent acquisition open houses, together with internship and apprenticeship programs, our goal is to get young people excited about STEAM-related career opportunities as early as possible.

While STEAM workers enjoy higher median earnings than those in non-STEAM occupations ($77,400 vs $46,900), STEAM careers also help with better decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving, and collaboration – a true win-win.

We hope that you will support TAG and TAG-Ed by coming out and networking with some of the state’s most well-known C-level executives, while playing in the state’s most prestigious golf tournament for technology stakeholders. There are several sponsorship opportunities available, which you can secure by completing our sponsor interest form.

The golf tournament is scheduled for Monday, September 12th at TPC Sugarloaf. This will be a day filled with networking, fun, prizes and awards that you won’t want to miss. So, reserve your spot today!
