(ATLANTA, GA) March 30, 2022 – The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) is pleased to announce the public release of its new ‘Georgia Digital Health Ecosystem’ resource and website. Launched at today’s TAG Digital Health Leadership Summit, this new, online resource is a live, dynamic directory of healthcare technology companies, industry events and related ecosystem statistics that document the breadth and depth of this major economic community in Georgia. The ecosystem resource contains approximately 475 companies which employ more than 44,000 and generate nearly $12 billion in annual revenue.

Larry Williams, President and CEO of TAG states “Georgia is proud to be the home of many of the healthcare industry’s most innovative and impactful technology companies.  We see an opportunity to extend the value TAG provides its members and the digital health community with factual information and market research on the companies in this important technology community in Georgia.”

Chris Karabinos, Chair of TAG’s Digital Health Society adds “The Digital Health Ecosystem resource will help digital health companies looking for partners to extend their scope; clinical healthcare providers to find technology partners with a local presence; investors

to keep a pulse on digital health startups; job seekers in pursuit of their next opportunity; and so much more. This publicly available resource positions TAG as THE central place to go to for information on the digital health ecosystem in Georgia.”

The Digital Health Ecosystem resource is free to all companies – to use and to be included in – and individuals, whether a TAG member or not. The public is invited to access, explore and contribute at https://digitalhealthecosystem.tagonline.org.
