Industry Veteran’s Visionary Leadership to Elevate Influence and Collaboration For Premiere Fintech Event
ATLANTA, GA – May 29, 2025 – The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) is honored to announce Jonathan O’Connor, Division President, Third Party Payments at Synovus, as Chair of the Fintech South 2025 Committee. Fintech South, the Southeast region’s largest annual event dedicated to financial technology innovation, will take place August 19-20, 2025, in Atlanta.
Jonathan O’Connor is widely celebrated as a payments industry expert with more than 30 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships. His distinguished career includes leadership positions where he worked to build high-performing teams and championed industry advancement. His reputation for fostering collaboration and shaping the future of the industry and payments in the EU, APAC, and US regions makes him uniquely qualified to lead this year’s Fintech South Committee. He is also actively involved in FinTech Atlanta and ATPC.
