Wood, a 30-year veteran of the accounting industry with expertise in auditing, M&A and financial reporting, has been with PKM for the past two decades working with the firm’s financial institutions practice. He has extensive experience working with and serving the needs of the Southeast’s community banks and is dedicated to promoting their interests and growth. Wood received a B.A. in Accounting, as well as his MBA from the University of Georgia.
