ATLANTA — JULY 07, 2020 — Orasi, a DevSecOps innovator accelerating software application delivery and adoption through automation, today announced it has signed a Partner Network Reseller agreement with HashiCorp. The cooperative agreement enables Orasi to sell HashiCorp’s cloud automation products ̶ Terraform®, Vault, Consul®, and Nomad for infrastructure, security, networking, and application automation respectively ̶ as well as strategic planning, implementation and support services around them.

“Orasi’s company mission to ensure confidence in its customers’ DevOps Journey with expert insight and a spectrum of automation, integration, and security tools, to reduce waste and drive speed to profitability aligns well to HashiCorp’s Cloud Operating Model (COM) enabling the world’s largest companies to deliver applications faster by helping transition from manual processes and ITIL practices to self-services automation and DevOps practices,” said Michelle Graff, Global Partner Chief at HashiCorp.

Founded in 2012, HashiCorp has become the defacto standard for multi-cloud infrastructure automation, with more than 100 of the Fortune 500 now deploying its commercial products. The firm, which in 2019 was named to the Forbes Cloud 100 list for the second consecutive year, has enabled millions of large enterprises to adopt consistent workflows to provision, secure, connect, and run any infrastructure for any application across a rich ecosystem of cloud and infrastructure environments.

“Most companies we work with are leveraging large-scale, multi-cloud infrastructures,” said Orasi Managing Director Richard White. “That’s why HashiCorp has become the go-to provider for cloud infrastructure automation in our DevOps service engagements.”

“Organizations don’t want to be boxed in – they need unified support across heterogenous environments,” White continued. “Our DevOps engineers are skilled in working with their entire line of products.”

According to White, one HashiCorp product that is currently “hot” with the Orasi customer base is Vault, which is used for secrets management. “In the past, as teams were building pipelines and connecting to environments in Dev and QA, most of them were scripting their security,” said White. “They would embed the passwords into their scripts, which posed a major security threat. We replace that approach with Vault – which is platform agnostic, and it ensures the code is secure.”
