Atlanta, Georgia (January 15, 2021) – Rev.io announced today that James Phillips, former VP of Corporate Technology at Mizuho, has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer. Ross Overstreet, Rev.io’s Founder and former CTO, will depart from his day-to-day role at the company while remaining on its board of directors.

Prior to joining Rev.io, Phillips was the VP of Corporate Technology at Mizuho, where he led teams focused on enterprise solutions architecture, data platforms and migrations, and AI. Phillips brings over 20 years of experience in the IT space, featuring stints at both large organizations and entrepreneurial ventures. His impressive background in tech stack modernization, DevOps implementation, and analytics will be instrumental in the ongoing technology evolution at Rev.io.
