ATLANTA –A new conference presented by Georgia State University’s Robinson College of Business will bring together senior marketing professionals from throughout the Southeast for a half day of learning with leading futurists and some of the nation’s most knowledgeable marketing executives.

The inaugural Future of Marketing Conference will be held Feb. 19 at the Georgia Aquarium. The program will feature keynote addresses from two futurists– Brian Solis of Altimeter Group and J. Walker Smith of Kantar – and a panel of four chief marketing officers – Meredith Conte of TEGNA Media, Jo Ann Herrold of The Honey Baked Ham Company, Tom Klein of Mailchimp and Javier Meza of The Coca-Cola Company.

The annual Marketing Awards for Excellence (MAX Awards) will be presented during the conference. Now in their 27th year, the MAX Awards honor the best in in new products, services and ways to market developed in Georgia in the prior calendar year.

Tickets for the Future of Marketing Conference are $175 per person or $1,750 for a table of 10. All event proceeds will support the Robinson College’s Outstanding Minority Marketing Student Scholarship Fund.
