Atlanta, Georgia (January 00, 2023)— Newmark announces that it has secured a new 8,000-square-foot sublease with locally-based DC BLOX. The new HQ of the rapidly growing data center and network services provider will occupy Crown Pointe at 1040 Crown Pointe in Atlanta. Managing Director of Newmark’s Data Center Consulting Group Frank Clementi and Associate Zachary Gatch represented the tenant on the transaction.
Recognized as one of Inc. Magazine’s 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in the United States, DC BLOX signed a turn-key five-year sublease from sublandlord Horizon Actual Services. The firm plans to move into the new space next month and will partially occupy the fifth floor of the Class A office building. In securing the new space, DC BLOX will more than double its space from their previous location in Brookhaven.
