ATLANTA – Arketi Group was recognized for its exceptional PR work with business-to-business (B2B) technology clients, earning 10 awards during the annual PRSA Georgia Phoenix Awards for clients Equifax, Featurespace, Fiserv, Iron Mountain, Körber, Miller Zell, NCR Corp. and RoomReady.

The Phoenix Awards competition is held annually by the Georgia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) to recognize projects and programs that demonstrate excellence in the state’s public relations profession. Boasting nearly 900 members, PRSA Georgia is the national organization’s second largest chapter.

Executive Communications – To build thought leadership, Equifax tapped Arketi to position Beverly Anderson, its new division president, into national conversations about personal finance issues. In six months, the team introduced Anderson to strategic media outlets and secured eight national and key local opportunities – including a full feature in Business Insider – which reached more than 514,790,000 readers.

Feature Stories – When trying to increase awareness of its services and position Founder Dave Excell as a thought leader in financial fraud prevention, Featurespace partnered with Arketi. After quickly experiencing success among banking and payments media, Featurespace wanted Arketi to target credit union media. Arketi secured and drafted a coveted op-ed article opportunity in Credit Union Journal, a key trade publication with a readership of more than 31,000 credit union executives.

Research/Evaluation – Taking a new approach to its annual National Cybersecurity Awareness Month campaign, Fiserv tapped Arketi to develop a survey to help it explore American consumers’ awareness of online privacy and security risks, and how they protect themselves from cyber threats. Within the first two months of the release of the data, more than 850 individuals visited the landing page to view the survey finding. In the same timeframe, the campaign drove 62 enterprise sales leads – a revenue pipeline value of $7,750,000 to $9,362,000.

Webcasts – To drive brand awareness and position itself as an educational resource to information management and governance professionals, Iron Mountain asked Arketi Group to take its popular webinar series to new heights and further cement its status as a leader in information management and governance. The results were far greater than imagined, as the campaign surpassed its revenue metric by 800%, producing $14,000,000 in pipeline (MQLs) and $3,800,000 in bookings.

Integrated Communications – Business to Business and Marketing – Business to Business – Products – When supply chain specialist Körber merged 12 businesses under one brand, it turned to Arketi for a marketing campaign that could differentiate the now-unified company. Arketi delivered an extensive messaging guide and cornerstone content to promote Körber’s new brand – and with email campaigns that drove a 6.7% click-through rate, and LinkedIn posts averaging a 2.92% click-through rate, Arketi successfully drove eyeballs to webinars that demonstrated Körber’s supply chain expertise.

Feature Stories – Looking to maintain its strong foothold in the retail reinvention and design space, Miller Zell tasked Arketi to garner media attention around COVID-19’s impact on retail and how retailers could adjust to meet the shifting environment. The team secured a contributed story for Chief Retail Officer Ron Lutz to illustrate Miller Zell’s leadership amid an industry crisis to its key customer base: big-box retailers. Websites/New Digital Platform – Simplicity-focused AV integrator and innovator for meeting room technology RoomReady chose Arketi to upgrade its website from a static eCommerce brochure to an interactive marketing tool loaded with original content. Since the March 2020 launch, metrics have shown a 26% increase in session duration, a 9% increase in pages per session and a 13% decrease in bounce rate.

Creative Tactics – After the COVID-19 pandemic hit and employees were forced to work from home, Arketi Group created a Remote Working Managers Toolkit that our clients could use as part of their coronavirus internal communications strategy. Daily tips and best practices and weekly one-on-one manager meeting topics were emailed to managers, many of whom were leading fully remote working teams for the first time.
