These are pivotal times at the intersection of health, science and technology. During the pandemic, we saw the introduction of mRNA vaccines and advancements in telemedicine. Now, digital technologies are being applied to improve healthcare efficiency, effectiveness and affordability.

These and other healthcare innovations were at the top of the agenda this week at TAG’s 2022 Digital Health Leadership Summit.

If there’s an industry that needs the power of technology to improve results, it’s healthcare. A powerful lineup of speakers shared exciting ways for digital technology to help move American health care to a better and more affordable place.

Another highlight of the summit was the launch of the TAG Digital Health Ecosystem Database. The new TAG database is a powerful resource for these companies seeking potential partners; healthcare providers searching for digital health solutions; investors looking for potential investments; healthcare companies considering a move to Georgia, and job seekers exploring new opportunities.

The TAG Digital Health Ecosystem site provides tremendous value for members of the healthcare community, and I know it will fuel much-needed innovation now that it’s available. I encourage other TAG societies to adapt this model as they bring together leaders in other fields of technology.

Georgia Technology Summit April 26 and 27

TAG will continue the conversation on innovative technologies later this month at the Georgia Technology Summit April 26 and 27. GTS is our signature event, where we bring together thought leaders on a range of technology topics–from artificial intelligence to non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to the metaverse. The agenda is updated here.

For the first time in two years, GTS will be in person at the Georgia World Congress Center, so there’s sure to be great networking and energy in the room. I look forward to seeing you there.
