This program pairs experienced professionals with those seeking guidance in data science and AI careers. Whether you are looking to share your expertise or find support in achieving your goals, our program provides opportunities to learn, grow, and build valuable connections.

Program coordinators review applications and create matches based on experience, goals, and preferences.
You’ll be notified of your proposed match and asked to confirm your interest in moving forward
Meet at least once per month for 6-8 months and build a meaningful mentoring relationship.
