Returning for their 2nd Annual Signature event, Big Ideas Simplified will bring together CRM and Sales professionals to present relevant and timely content that advances your knowledge and understanding of the benefits and uses of CRM technology.
Atlanta- (May 17, 2016) –The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), the state’s leading association dedicated to the promotion and economic advancement of Georgia’s technology industry, and TAG Customer Relationship Management (CRM) society will host its 2nd annual Big Ideas Simplified event on Tuesday May 24, 2016 at the Atlanta Marriott, NW at Galleria from 3:00pm-7:00pm. This event is being sponsored by Verint, Trillium Software and Salesforce.
This event will feature some of Atlanta’s top CRM specialists as they discuss two very important topics in the CRM space – Reaching the 360 Customer View Summit- Elegant vs Effective Solutions and Marketing vs Sales – the Pitfalls and Possibilities. Reaching the 360 Customer View Summit will be discussed by panelists Connie McIntyre, Vice President of Customer Experience at AGL Resources, Robin Hensley, Senior Director & Applications Manager, CRM, Ashish Bisaria, Senior Vice President, North American Operations.
The second topic marketing vs. sales will be discussed by Kathleen Voboril Director of Digital Marketing & Operations Bruce Kopkin EVP GT Software, and Chad Ammons VP, Global Strategy & Development Assurant. Following the panel discussions, there will be a collaborative roundtable to take deeper dive into the topics discussed by our panelists.
