Anoop served as the Head of digital for SunTrust’s consumer bank , where he was accountable for setting the strategy and execution for digital channels (web, mobile, wearables). He led the customer journey work at SunTrust and is responsible end-2-end customer experiences from engaging a prospect to the conversion of the prospect to a client, extending to the servicing, retention, and monetization of the client through the client life cycle in the digital channels as well as the teammate channels. He has led similar initiatives at USAA and Bank of America. Anoop is a champion of customer experience and is also a marketer and sales executive through his work at USAA, Bank of America and Wachovia and has deep roots in technology where he led technology teams at GE and a medical device company. He has led transformation projects, including innovative industry-leading mobile account opening initiatives and advocating cloud transition with the technology leaders.
