Christian Cypher is Vice President of International Business Development at Pyxus International, Inc. He has more than 20 years of global management experience, including operations, financial planning and analysis, sales and customer relationships, and business process improvement. In his current role, Christian is responsible for the execution of the Company’s cannabinoid international expansion strategy, including acquisitions, investment in start-ups, financial reporting, compliance and governance, talent recruiting, and analysis of the regulatory environment for hemp and cannabis. Christian has played an instrumental role in Pyxus’ investments in the legal Canadian cannabis market, leading the execution and management of the Company’s investments in two licensed operators in Canada, as well as Pyxus’ investments in industrial hemp in the United States.

Sarah Dalton is the U.S. Hemp and Cannabis Market Leader for Ernst & Young LLP, where she works closely with the Firm’s Global Agriculture Leader, Consumer Products Market Segment Leaders, the Firm’s Risk Management function for the Americas and the U.S. General Counsel’s Office. She is a hemp and cannabis subject-matter resource and manages relationships across the U.S. with the Firm’s hemp and CBD clients, state cannabis regulators, ancillary cannabis service providers and others. Over the past three years, Sarah has coalesced a working group of nearly 150 multi-disciplinary executives across the Firm’s practice areas and industry groups to bring innovative solutions to companies operating in this nascent sector.

Micah Tapman is a Managing Partner and co-founder of 7thirty Capital, which provides a full range of capital services to investors and companies in frontier markets. Prior to 7thirty, he helped found and was a Managing Director of the CanopyBoulder business accelerator. He’s led investments in over 100 companies and is a Director for leading ventures such as BDS Analytics. Brandon Terrell is the Founder of Treehab, a fast-growing network of physicians that serves patients in medical cannabis markets including Georgia and Florida. Brandon has 10 years of marketing experience with Nascar and healthcare startup 2Helix Health. As an avid problem solver, Brandon’s passion for cannabis grew from a personal experience helping an ailing family member overcome challenges accessing cannabis for medical use. Brandon is an advocate for cannabis legalization and serves alongside David Elder as chapter president of the Cannabis Diversity Coalition.

Jeff Leach is the Americas business development leader for Transaction Advisory Services at Ernst & Young LLP. He is responsible for developing and deploying strategic solutions and market initiatives across the Americas. Prior to his current role, Jeff was the Southeast Region business development leader for Transaction Advisory Services, where he established and managed relationships with senior corporate executives, private equity investors, investment banking professionals and entrepreneurs. He previously held leadership positions at Deloitte, The Hackett Group and CEB (now Gartner).
