Tom Noonan is a General Partner at the early-stage venture capital firm TechOperators. He is the former chairman, president and chief executive officer of Internet Security Systems, Inc., which was acquired in 2007 by IBM. Tom Noonan was most recently CEO of JouleX, a TechOperators investment and a leading innovator in sustainable energy management systems for enterprise customers acquired by Cisco in late 2013.
Tim McCormick is the CEO of SaaSOptics, a subscription management platform that provides emerging and growth SaaS businesses with subscription billing, revenue recognition, financial reporting and robust SaaS metrics and analytics. Tim has spent 30+ years in the software business leading sales and marketing teams, and he has been a part of successful exits with both Internet Security Systems and JouleX. Tim joined SaaSOptics as the 8th employee in 2016 as CEO and has led SaaSOptics from their Seed round to their most recent Series B round.
Chief Operating Officer
Chris Weber is Chief Operating Officer at SaaSOptics. Prior to joining SaaSOptics in January of 2017, Chris worked for nearly a decade in various financial operations roles, primarily with DC area’s ScienceLogic. Chris holds dual bachelor’s degrees from George Mason University, and, in his spare time, volunteers as a firefighter in the Washington D.C. area.

Clayton Whitfield is Co-Founder and SVP of Revenue Programs at SaaSOptics. Clayton has more than 20 years of software and product development experience at companies such as Fair Isaac Corp, ACS-Inc., and most recently, MarketingCentral. Before focusing his career on technology, he was a teacher in the Los Angeles county school district.

Amy Kennedy is VP of People & Culture at SaaSOptics. Amy is responsible for managing all strategic and operational aspects of leading human resources, talent, and people operations programs. Amy has spent the last decade helping companies in various industries such as SaaS, financial services and management consulting scale with a focus on creating, implementing and driving innovative HR practices and programs related to delivering the optimal candidate and employee experience.
Philip is a Partner with Fulcrum Equity Partners. He currently serves on the board of directors of Stratasan, Advantum Health, GoPivot, Fattmerchant and LiveSource. He previously served on the Boards of MFG.com and ALS Resolvion. From 2015 – 2017 he served as the CFO for RivalHealth, helping guide the company through its merger with gBehavior, now branded GoPivot, and he is currently in an operating role with SaaSOptics. On top of these roles, he is actively involved in leading new investments as well as assisting in business development efforts.
