Looking Back/Looking Forward – Highlights and Perspectives for Tech Investing and M&A

The TAG Corporate Development Society kicks off the year with an event on 2019 highlights of technology investing and M&A and perspectives on the coming year.

Croft & Bender will start the event with a brief M&A update with a focus on the technology sector. We will then feature an accomplished panel of investors – including seed to scale to exit investor Loeb.atl and three of the top venture/growth capital firms in the Southeast:  BIP Capital, Fulcrum Equity Partners, and Noro-Moseley, which are, collectively, investing funds of nearly $500 million.
