V. Kaye Morgan
Senior Manager of Diversity & Inclusion
V. Kaye Morgan is an accomplished community relations and diversity & inclusion professional with over ten years of experience building positive and sustainable relationships in diverse communities around the globe. Her profession, passion and purpose are rooted in supporting organizations whose mission is to improve the quality of life of others.
Kaye currently serves as Senior Manager of Diversity & Inclusion for Cox Automotive Inc. In that role she encourages the recognition and understanding of individual difference, and advocates for fair and equitable opportunities, while promoting a sense of belonging among team members. She is also the Founder of The Changemakers Commission, a consultancy which provides strategic solutions to non-profit organizations, helping to fulfill their missions and make a greater impact in the communities they serve.
Kaye’s commitment to public service is demonstrated through membership and service to a variety of community and professional organizations. She currently holds a seat on the Board of Trustees for The Ron Clark Academy in Atlanta and is the Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee for the Atlanta Women’s ERG. She has previously served on the board of directors of the American Red Cross – Metro Atlanta Chapter, the Corporate Volunteer Council of Atlanta, The Center for Working Families and SkillsUSA Inc.
Kaye earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA with a major in Marketing and minor in Human Resource Administration. She received certification in Corporate Community Involvement Management at Boston College and is a former fellow of their Leadership Academy for Corporate Citizenship Professionals.
Her personal philosophy on life is based on a quote from Marian Wright-Edelman “Service is the rent we pay for being. It is the very purpose of life, and not something you do in your spare time.”

Shaun Bank
CEO
Shaun Bank brings over 20 years of management and technology consulting experience to ImagineX Consulting, an Atlanta-based boutique technology consulting firm whose mission is to help companies re-imagine how they do business by leveraging modern delivery methods in CyberSecurity, Data Insights, Agile Software Engineering, Cloud and DevOps. He has successfully led delivery of dozens of large implementations at Fortune 500 companies across telecommunications, automotive, hospitality, and retail with focus on email marketing, CRM, web self service, call center, and agile transformation. Shaun’s career started at Accenture in 2001 where he became a Manager and worked with the other ImagineX founders in Vancouver, BC. After Accenture, Shaun joined Slalom and spent the next 9 years working to establish their reputation in the Atlanta market. He was instrumental in developing Slalom’s national career framework and became a Consultant Manager and Client Service Lead for two of Slalom’s premier Atlanta clients. It was a combination of these career paths that led Shaun to ImagineX as a Co-Founder. After leading ImagineX’s early growth, Shaun was promoted to CEO in January 2020 and is currently leading his team through a period of rapid uncertainty due to COVID-19. Shaun graduated from the University of Georgia Honors Program, Summa Cum Laude with a dual degree in Management Information Systems and Marketing. He currently resides in Sandy Springs, GA with his wife and three children.
