Peter Vennel
Enterprise Data Strategy and Execution Executive, Equifax

Peter Vennel is a seasoned Data Management, Governance and Analytics leader, who has worked most of his career in the Data-as-a-Product ecosystem. He is a transformational leader, fostering data-centric culture, helping organizations monetize by leveraging Data as an asset. He is currently a Data Strategy and Execution Leader at Equifax, working on Metadata and Collibra adoption across the globe. Peter’s diverse experience include Consumer Electronics, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas, Property & Casualty Insurance, Automotive F&I and Risk Management industry. Peter is actively involved in the Data Management community and serves on the board of the TAG Data Governance Society. He is also the Founder, past President and current Treasurer for DAMA Georgia. Peter holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering (honors) from University of Mumbai and a Masters in Business Administration from Coles College of Business, Kennesaw State University. In his pursuit of knowledge, he has amassed a variety of Industry Certifications. Peter is a Collibra Certified Ranger.
