Coping with crisis: How to make lemonade when you keep getting lemons

Nancy is a Senior Vice President in Middle Market Banking in Atlanta, Georgia with BBVA which ranks in the top 25 largest banks in the  USand as one of the top 100 largest banks in the world with a presence in 35 countries.  With more than 40 years of experience in the financial services industry, Nancy has held several leadership positions as well as has served in origination and relationship management roles with firms such as Citibank, Bank of America, Congress Financial which is now Wells Fargo, UPS Capital, PNC and United Community Bank.  Her extensive leadership in the community over the years includes serving on the Board of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation, The Alliance Theatre Advisory Board, The Carter Center Board of Councilors as well as several professional association Boards such as TAG, TMA and ACG.   Nancy is married with two adult children.

Jeff Leach is the Americas head of business development for Strategy and Transactions at Ernst & Young LLP. In this role, he is responsible for strategic solutions and market initiatives across the U.S, Canada and Latin America. Jeff previously served as the Southeast Region business development leader for Strategy and Transactions, where he established and managed relationships with senior corporate executives, private equity investors, investment banking professionals and entrepreneurs. He previously held leadership positions at Deloitte, The Hackett Group and CEB (now Gartner). Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
