TAG Corp Dev Presents: The Year of the IPO: From Uber to Lyft, what’s driving 2019 to be a banner year for Tech IPOs
The Tech IPO market activity has reached an all-time high with $17.1B raised in the first half of 2019, 75% more than the previous annual record. NASDAQ alone saw 97 new IPOs. We’ll discuss why and how 2019 became the year of the IPO. Then we will dive into the IPO process itself and discuss how proper planning, well in advance, is key to navigate challenges that will inevitably arise.
The Executives from four of the most recent successful Atlanta IPOs with a current cumulative market cap of over $6 billion, Change Healthcare, Cardlytics, EVO payments, and Greensky, will discuss their collective experiences navigating the IPO process and what they believe anyone considering an IPO should know before starting the process in order to prepare for success. The TAG Corporate Development Society is presenting this fascinating panel at Atlanta Tech Village moderated by the Managing Director of new listings of NASDAQ. Light hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be provided.
