In August 2019, Vince DeSilva joined the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) as the Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer.
Vince joins TAG after 12+ years at the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce as the Senior Vice President of Membership Services. Through his tenure, the Gwinnett Chamber was named one of the top three Chamber of Commerce’s in the county by the ACCE. His vision helped launch progressive new programming within the Chamber such as adding 60+ small business programs yearly and relaunching a new more robust young professionals program. Most notably, Vince has taken the all-volunteer campaign from 400K to 1.4 M annually. In addition, to his duties at the Chamber, Vince has previously served the City of Suwanee as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for 5 years. Also, he has served on the Hi-Hope Service Center Board of Directors for 6 years as well as the United Way Gwinnett Campaign Cabinet.
Prior to the Gwinnett Chamber, Vince managed Talent Acquisition for The Home Depot and was a Financial Operations Manager at Dupont Corporation He currently resides in Suwanee, GA with his wife Rachel and their two sons, Joey and Jake. He is a graduate of Jacksonville University, Jacksonville, FL with a BS in Marketing & Management. He was also a scholarship athlete for Jacksonville University in the sport of baseball.
