Jordan Lofton, CEO, Golden Source Consultants LLC
Jordan C. Lofton is an emerging entrepreneur in the Atlanta. Jordan received her degree in Management from The University of Georgia in 2006, and her MBA in Strategy from Duke University in 2012. She began her career with a Big 4 IT Consulting firm based in Atlanta after graduating from UGA. In July 2012, a client approached Jordan asking her to start her own consulting firm. After discussing with family and friends, Golden Source Consultants was formed. Now with three years in business, GSC has a mission to raise the bar on quality and delivery for clients by developing the next generation of management consultants. Her innovative model challenges the churn and burn format of large firms, by developing a firm by Millennials for Millennials.
Natalie Born, Director, Product Management, ADP
Natalie Born is an IT Executive with 15 plus years of leadership experience in Product and Project Management. Prior to coming to ADP as a Director of Product Management, Natalie worked with organizations such as Careerbuilder.com, First Data, and IHG. She has done business in over 15+ countries with a background in off shoring and international product development. Her expertise is driving organizational transformation in fast-paced, high-growth environments. She has worked extensively with start-ups and acquisitions. Her background spans from Product Development to Portfolio & Program Management.
Natalie obtained her undergraduate degree from Oglethorpe University and her MBA from University of Maryland, UC. She also holds a PMP and a CSM certification.
Michelle Deutsch, Project Coordinator, IHG
Michelle Deutsch is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Hospitality Administration and Business Management. Michelle started out working in the event industry for Jim Beam. Michelle then made the switch and entered into the technology world as a project coordinator supporting a global PMO and is now currently working as a project coordinator within Corporate and Employee solutions at Intercontinental Hotels Group in Atlanta.
Monika Mueller, Managing Director, Daugherty Business Solutions
Monika has over 20 years of experience bringing creative solutions to her clients. Since joining Daugherty in 2011, Monika has worked with local Fortune 500 companies on large scale IT transformation efforts as well as leading local business operations. Monika’s experience in working within the industry and consulting gives her a unique perspective on how to truly partner with clients to drive innovative solutions.
Ryan Ostolski, Project Manager, Courion
After graduating from Georgia College & State University Ryan began his career as a Systems Engineer for Home Depot supporting non-production store environments though soon began his current career path as a Project Manager in the Information Technology Leadership Program at GE Energy. After experiencing multiple roles throughout the company including assignments in Europe and Asia Ryan left to join InterCall as a Technical Project Manager implementing a custom CRM solution for the company. Currently at Courion as a Professional Services Project Manager Ryan leads a team to implement the Courion software suite in numerous companies mostly in the Financial, Healthcare and Energy industries.
Heng Tong, Project Manager, Golden Source Consultants
Heng Tong is a strategy consultant at Golden Source Consultants known for his analytical mindset. He received his Bachelor's Degree in International Business and Finance from the University of South Carolina. He began his career on the operations team at Amazon, launching one of first robotic-based distribution centers in the world. He brings his supply chain management and process improvement experience to management consulting where he drives business improvements for clients. Heng's current role focuses on delivering the highest client satisfaction through project management and analytical reporting.
