Reggie Bradford is founder and CEO of ViTrue Inc., where he plays a pivotal role in enabling brands to engage in a new and meaningful way with their most loyal consumers thru the ViTrue platform. Reggie's vision for starting ViTrue began with a passion for changing the status quo and empowering consumers with a voice to enable tighter connectivity with their favorite brands. ViTrue was originally funded by General Catalyst Partners as well as Reggie himself.  In the fall, ViTrue secured a round of strategic funding from Comcast Interactive Capital and Turner Broadcasting.  Most recently, ViTrue was named to Business 2.0's Next Net Top 25.  The company already boasts a budding roster of customers representing the worlds leading media companies and consumer brands.  Reggie's collective leadership experience spans 16 years across consumer packaged goods, the consumer-facing Internet and finally television video infrastructure. 

Prior to ViTrue, Reggie was President and Board Member of TANDBERG Television which is now being acquired by Ericsson for $1.4 billion. He successfully led an organization of more than 400 employees with over $100MM in revenues and led profitable growth of around 40% year over year in his 14 months. He successfully integrated 2 major acquisitions and led the global repositioning of the relaunched brand.  Reggie joined TANDBERG as a result of the acquisition of N2 Broadband in February 2005, the leading provider of open-platform solutions for on-demand entertainment, where he was President and CEO since early 2001. Under Reggie's guidance, venture backed N2 Broadband grew annual revenues from less than $1 million to more than $35 million in just under five years. The company, which achieved cash-flow profitability during the same period, boasts a customer roster that includes the world's top 10 cable operators and the world's leading entertainment companies. Reggie was named one of Television Week's 10 to watch for 2005, and under his leadership, the company attained numerous awards, including recognition as a Red Herring top 100 company and CED Magazine recognized the company as one of the top 50 leading Broadband companies for 4 straight years.

Reggie has extensive capabilities in building brands and providing customers with a steady, consistent commitment to quality. Prior to joining N2 Broadband, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at WebMD Corp, which during his tenure from 1998 to 2000 grew from 40 to 4,000 employees and received more than $2 billion in funding, WebMD became one of the world's leading Internet destinations with over 38 million unique visitors a month. Reggie previously held various management positions with Miller Brewing Company, a subsidiary of Phillip Morris. Reggie received a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University.

Terence B. Fisher
Supervisory Special Agent

About the Speaker: Terence B. Fisher is the current Supervisor of the Atlanta, Georgia Cyber Squad. SSA Fisher transferred back to the Atlanta office after spending two years in Washington, DC at FBI Headquarters in the Cyber Division. SSA Fisher was previously assigned to the Atlanta office from 8/87 through 9/01.

Born in St. Louis, Missouri, SSA Fisher grew up in Suburban St. Louis in the town of Olivette, Missouri. He graduated from Howard University in Washington, DC, having earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. In 1987, SSA Fisher was accepted in to the FBI Training Program. After completing training at Quantico, Virginia he was assigned to the Atlanta field office and his initial assignment was conducting background investigations for security clearance. While assigned to the Atlanta office from 1987 through September 2001 he was assigned to a property crime squad. In 1989 he was part of the Vanpac Task Force that successfully prosecuted Walter Leroy Moody for the murders of both Judge Robert Vance, and Savannah civil rights attorney, Robbie Robinson. He also worked on the Special Operations Group, the Technical Services Squad, and the National Infrastructure and Protection Squad. SSA Fisher, while assigned to the NIPC Squad, was also a Computer Forensics Certified Examiner.

Before transferring back to the Atlanta division as the Cyber Squad Supervisor, SSA Fisher was at the FBI Headquarters in the Special Technologies and Applications Sction. In addition, while in the Section he was promoted to Acting Unit Chief of the Technical Analysis Unit. The mission of the Unit was to provide timely and high specialized technical and analytical capabilities related to counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and national security, and criminal matters.


Dale Nordenberg
Chief Information Officer
National Centers for Infectious Diseases, Centers for Disease Control

About the Speaker: Since June 2001, Dr. Nordenberg has worked within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). He currently, works in a dual role including serving as the Associate Director (Informatics) and Chief Information Officer for the National Centers for Infectious Diseases, Centers for Disease Control, HHS. In this role, he is responsible for the informatics activities for the agency’s infectious disease center that is responsible for emergency response to biological threats as well as many other infectious diseases that may cause significant morbidity and mortality globally, e.g. SARS, Monkey Pox, and Pandemic Influenza. This work includes focus in the areas of bioinformatics, outbreak management, laboratory infrastructure, surveillance systems, knowledge management, and transportation/migration related systems. In Dr. Nordenberg’s other role at HHS, he has been serving since September 2004 as the lead for children’s health information technology based in the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONCHIT), HHS. In this role, Dr. Nordenberg is leading the effort for ONCHIT to establish a national information infrastructure to support children’s health. Dr. Nordenberg is a board certified pediatrician. He received a BS in Microbiology from the University of Michigan (1979), received his medical degree from Northwestern University (1985) and completed his training in pediatrics at McGill University, Montreal Children’s Hospital (1988). He completed his fellowship in epidemiology and public health in the Epidemic Intelligence Services Program at the Centers for Disease Control (1990).


Mark Weston
Educational Strategist

About the Speaker: Mark Weston an education strategist for Dell Inc., and is also responsible for developing strategic education technology and public policy initiatives. Mark is uniquely suited for meeting the challenges such responsibilities entail having previously managed the Strategic Initiatives Group at Apple Computer where his efforts contributed to groundbreaking educational technology initiatives in ten states. Additionally, Mark worked with Governor Tommy Thompson to organize the 1996 National Education Technology Summit with IBM, the National Governors Association and the Education Commission of the States; built a nationwide coalition to support President George H.W. Bush’s Goals 2000 initiative; served as the senior staff person on the U.S. House of Representatives Appropriations Committee responsible for all federal education and labor programs; and directed the National Conference of State Legislatures education policy program. with IBM, the National Governors Association and the Education Commission of the States; built a nationwide coalition to support President George H.W. Mark is a graduate of Cornell College, Drake University, and is a Doctoral candidate at the University of Colorado. His dissertation concerns the paradigm crisis in education. About the Speaker: Thomas E. Noonan, President & Chief Executive Officer. Noonan is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and management of ISS. He launched the company in 1994, along with Christopher W. Klaus, and has led ISS to a preeminent position in the network security industry. Prior to joining ISS, Noonan held senior management positions at Dun and Bradstreet Software. Noonan holds a mechanical engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a CSS in Business Administration from Harvard University.
