The Importance of Social Networking:
Networking is about making connections and building enduring, mutually
beneficial relationships. The TAG Content Management Society operates as
a catalyst to ensure you meet the “right” people to include in your
network and expand your sphere of influence.
Attending the right events will not only help you meet likeminded
individuals but also people that you could potentially work with or
learn from in some way. And in a society where we are constantly
bombarded with advertisements, emails, status updates, special offers,
and sales pitches that create a cluttered message. Face to face
networking event will help create a lasting impression to enable you and
your organization to stand out, rise above the noise and remain top of
mind.

have to think one step ahead in developing mobile portals for their
intended consumers. Solar Velocity CEO Jason Swenk will tell you what

effectiveness, also pointing out along the way common mistakes and how
to avoid them. Through two Solar Velocity-developed mobile site case

TAG Content Management Society Presents: Insanity to Success leveraging CMS
Thursday, Oct 13, 2011 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Defoor Centre
1710 Defoor Avenue, Atlanta, GA
Join Stephanie Beckham, principal at BrainJocks and Holly Noah, director of marketing at Streamlite as they share the real life case study of insanity turned into success.
Client: Help! We need a new website…from scratch. And we need to create a brand experience to each of our different audiences and we need to be able to manage content in-house and on-the-fly. Oh and I need the site ready to launch in less than 6 months. Oh…and I don’t have a lot of money. Can you help me?
Agency: We can help you. What are we starting with?
Client: Not much. I have no way to manage content or adjust the user experience. I have no visibility to site performance. And since we’re rebranding, nothing from our current site is salvageable. Am I insane or can we do this?
Agency: Oh…we can do this.
And we did. Join us on 10/13 to hear the rest of the story and see how BrainJocks leveraged cutting edge content management platform Sitecore to develop a functional, flexible website that delivered beyond Streamlite’s expectations…in just 6 months with a budget less than $150k.

Microsoft SharePoint Server is a powerful web platform used for managing
and provisioning intranet portals, extranets and websites, document and
file management, collaboration spaces, social networking tools,
enterprise search, workflows, business intelligence, and process
integration. SharePoint can host third-party solutions and provides a
framework for custom application development. WHEW!!! With so many
diverse capabilities, one can easily see how a SharePoint implementation
will add value, become deeply ingrained, and provide critical support
to any business operation.
Since SharePoint can play such a key role in organizational success,
SharePoint 2010 implementations should follow a roadmap to ensure
scalability while avoiding the pitfalls and disorganized deployments of
MOSS 2007. How can your organization implement SharePoint 2010 correctly
for long-term business efficiency and productivity? The answer is
simply to do it right the first time. Please join CTS for a webcast
titled SharePoint 2010: Get it Right the First Time that introduces key
concepts for creating a SharePoint 2010 environment that will be
scalable, searchable, and ready to meet the demands of any organization
well into the future. CTS will present on May 24, 2011 and discuss how
to maximize the features and functionality of SharePoint 2010 using best
practices to solve specific business problems.
