Description: This course will provide attendees with:

 

  • An understanding of Project Assurance and why it is necessary for enterprise technology and transformation projects
  • An overview of the Collaborative Intervention® Project Assurance Methodology
  • Detailed knowledge of each stage of the project’s lifecycle and how to identify project ‘gaps’
  • Hands on exercises that assist in the planning and execution of enterprise technology and transformation projects
  • Working knowledge of how to intervene in a project to build consensus for implementing solutions to close project ‘gaps’
  • Access to Project Wing, the on‐line Project Assurance Portal with assessment and intervention templates
  • A copy of No Wishing Required: The Business Case for Project Assurance

  • An overview of the Collaborative Intervention® Project Assurance Methodology
  • Detailed knowledge of when to conduct project assessment, what to look for at each stage of the project’s lifecycle and how to identify project ‘gaps’
  • Working knowledge of how to intervene in a project to build consensus for implementing solutions to close project ‘gaps’
  • A hands‐on case study based on the concept of class. Students will participate in a mock project assurance assessment to identify potential failure points, develop solutions and implement remediation strategies.
  • Access to Project Wing, the on‐line Project Assurance Portal with assessment and intervention templates
