Georgia State University Professor Pens Hospitality Tech Article for Hub

Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) publication releases latest issue celebrating the state’s emerging High-Tech Hospitality sector

ATLANTA (August 5th, 2015) –The Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), one of the nation’s largest state trade organizations dedicated to technology and innovation, recently recognized Debra Cannon, Ph.D. for her Where Georgia Leads article in the latest issue of Hub Magazine.   Dr. Cannon is Director at the Cecil B. Day School of Hospitality Administration at the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.

Where Georgia Leads (WGL) is a regular feature in Hub Magazine that is focused on a designated industry where Georgia has gained leadership status. The article provides an overview of the industry as well as relevant trends and thought leadership insights.

Dr. Cannon’s article on Technology and the Hospitality Industry appears in the current issue of Hub Magazine which focuses on Georgia’s emerging Hospitality Technology sector. Lodging, restaurants, travel and tourism represents a $53.6 billion Hospitality Industry in Georgia. The High-Tech Hospitality issue of Hub Magazine offers a glimpse of the wide variety of innovators and technologies that are fueling the industry in Georgia.
