TAG BI/Analytics Presents Navy Information Dominance

Event to be held on Tuesday, June 23rd at GTRI Conference Center, Atlanta, GA.

ATLANTA (July 16th, 2015) – The Technology Association of Georgia in collaboration with the Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI/A) Society of TAG, presents Navy Information Dominance featuring VADM Ted “Twig” Branch, Chief of Naval Operations N2/N6. The event will be held on Tuesday, June 23rd at GTRI Conference Center, Atlanta, GA.

The rapid production of sophisticated information technology, advanced weapons technology and increasingly easy access to this technology presents a world where enemies are more difficult to identify and locate, and can strike with devastating effect.  With no shortage of threats, from terrorists and cybercriminals, our globally connected infrastructure has become a liability.  Optimizing information is critical to the Navy’s core capabilities of frontward presence, deterrence, sea control, power projection, maritime security, humanitarian assistance, and disaster response.

The Navy Information Dominance event seeks to discuss the many challenges and seeks answer the critical security questions-- How prepared are governments and organizations to thwart attacks?  Are we doing all we can to ensure the safety of our critical infrastructures?  What does the future hold?
