Integrity Selling for Service Professionals®

1 Day Seminar followed by 8 Week Behavior Change Process

An organization's people are their competitive advantage. Integrity Selling for Service Professionals® (ISSP) is a solution for customer service pros, or beginners, who are being asked to cross-sell and up-sell. The emphasis is on learning that serving and selling both start in the same place - the customer's needs, thereby creating that competitive advantage. Taught in a one-day initial seminar, followed by an eight-week behavior change process, ISSP a great companion for an organization whose outside sales teams are supported by an inside sales/service team.

Grounded in strong values and ethics, the curriculum embodies these elements:

 

  • A customer needs-focused communication system - AID, INC®
  • Simple Behavior Styles® language
  • A four-step problem solving process
  • Seven-week structured follow-up process of application and reinforcement (about 60 minutes per week)
  • Self-leveling curriculum, suitable for all levels of experience
  • Learning dynamics that affect attitudes and skills as well as behaviors
  • On-going managers' coaching
  • Six monthly Performance Accelerator sessions to sustain and enhance professional growth

 


Integrity Selling for Service Professionals® is delivered in an 8-week format. The first session is an on-site one-day Initial Seminar to kick-off the program and teach the business models and the program language. For the next seven weeks, the Initial Seminar group will meet weekly either on-site, on-line or via teleconference for one-hour. Each session will review the application of the assignment for the week, reinforce the new behaviors, and recognize the accomplishments of participants as they learn new behaviors. It is during this follow-up time that participants really learn how to sell as they work with their customers and associates.

ISSP® can be delivered various ways, making the dollar investment variable as well:

 

  1. We deliver the training with an Integrity Solutions Master Facilitator. The basic investment is $8,950 for up to 10 participants. Each participant more than 10 is an additional $695.00 each. The investment includes participant materials, shipping and facilitator. Services such as the meeting room, refreshments, if any, travel expenses for the facilitator, if applicable, are additional
  2. You deliver the training with your facilitator who is certified by Integrity Solutions at their training center in Scottsdale, AZ. The investment for certification is $3,000 plus travel, and approximately $400 per participant trained. There is no limit to the number trained by your facilitator.
  3. We deliver the training together. Our facilitator will conduct the kick-off, one-day seminar, with your facilitator conducting the weekly follow up sessions. Add $3,500 to Item 2, "you deliver" for the Integrity Master Facilitator, plus travel expenses, if appropriate.
  4. ISSP® can also be customized for your company, using a real-world case study and role plays based on actual experiences of your front-line employees.

 

 


2 Hour On-site Training
The purpose of this two hour session is to teach the basic models in Integrity Selling for Service Professionals®, and to demonstrate the behavior change process that is used to influence a service culture to become a service/selling culture.

Participants will learn:

 

  1. Customer Communication is a "system;" AID, Inc®
  2. People deserve to be served and sold they way they want. Identify basic Behavior Styles®
  3. Serving and Selling are most successful when employees are "congruent." The Integrity Congruence Model®
  4. The simple process which changes employee behavior.
