1 Day Seminar followed by 8 Week Behavior Change Process
An organization's people are their competitive advantage. Integrity Selling for Service Professionals® (ISSP) is a solution for customer service pros, or beginners, who are being asked to cross-sell and up-sell. The emphasis is on learning that serving and selling both start in the same place - the customer's needs, thereby creating that competitive advantage. Taught in a one-day initial seminar, followed by an eight-week behavior change process, ISSP a great companion for an organization whose outside sales teams are supported by an inside sales/service team.
Grounded in strong values and ethics, the curriculum embodies these elements:
Integrity Selling for Service Professionals® is delivered in an 8-week format. The first session is an on-site one-day Initial Seminar to kick-off the program and teach the business models and the program language. For the next seven weeks, the Initial Seminar group will meet weekly either on-site, on-line or via teleconference for one-hour. Each session will review the application of the assignment for the week, reinforce the new behaviors, and recognize the accomplishments of participants as they learn new behaviors. It is during this follow-up time that participants really learn how to sell as they work with their customers and associates.
ISSP® can be delivered various ways, making the dollar investment variable as well:

The purpose of this two hour session is to teach the basic models in Integrity Selling for Service Professionals®, and to demonstrate the behavior change process that is used to influence a service culture to become a service/selling culture.
