October 3-4 2017 Atlanta
The Women in Business North America Summit launched for the first time in Atlanta in June 2016. The 2016 Summit featured 2 full days of B2B meetings, panel sessions and a mentors’ lounge at the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. More than 550 participants registered and attended the Summit. The 2017 Summit has launched with the goal to educate and support women owned businesses and women entrepreneurs and develop a robust network and export capacity that extends across North America! Proceeds from the Summit will be dedicated to a foundation/fund supporting women in communities across North America.
The 2017 Summit will include:
- Two days of workshops, with senior executives rolling up their sleeves to address pre-identified challenges of women entrepreneurs in three tracks; start-up, small to medium size, CEO/C level, including a special workshop dedicated to the Business of Women in Film and Television!
- Each day will include a 3-hour B2B Fair, with multi-national companies and technology companies (multi-sector) from the U.S., Mexico and Canada and a Women to Boards activity
- Morning and lunch keynotes/plenary sessions on topics such as exporting, finance, women on boards and bridging the middle management to C-Suite gap
We will be sourcing our Summit needs (catering, supplies, services etc.) wherever possible with women owned/led businesses.
