Join TAG's Business Process Management Society for "Merger Integration and Process Improvement - The Bank of America Way"
When it comes to merger integration, few companies can match Bank of America's success in integrating organizations and creating value for customers and shareholders. Senior leaders from Bank of America will participate in a panel discussion on how process improvement can be successfully executed during merger integration and how these concepts can be used in everyday project management. These leaders have participated in many of Bank of America's merger integration efforts and currently are involved with the Countrywide and Merrill Lynch transitions.
