Vicki Hamilton is a Senior IT / Operations Executive who develops new and innovation IT strategies to alleviate old workplace problems. An award winning technology executive with over 20 years of senior level experience, Vicki’s strategic, multidisciplinary competencies include conceptualizing, designing and executing innovative technology strategies for high value results ($20M+.) Vicki now serves clients through her consulting business. She is an industry expert in helping companies through change management while realizing maximum returns.
Recognized three years in a row by CableFAX magazine as one of the “Most Influential Minorities in Cable,” Vicki has been named to the “Top Women in Cable Technology” and “Most Powerful Women in Cable.” Vicki received the Pinnacle Leadership Award, February 2016. She currently serves as the President for Women In Technology Board and Growing Leaders Board Member. Vicki is a graduate of the Center for Creative Leadership, graduate of the 2009 class of Leadership Atlanta, Past Board of Directors for the National Urban League’s Black Executive Exchange Program. Past President of the Atlanta Chapter of National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and is Past IT Director and Lifetime Member of the Atlanta Chapter of National Black. She has managed teams of upwards of 450 and has been internationally published, writing a monthly mentoring column for South Africa’s CEO Magazine.
