John Minutaglio is Chief Technology Officer of Linq3 Technologies, LLC, a technology company focused on the creation of new market channels for lottery distribution. Linq3 has created an aggregation point between the payments’ ecosystem and lottery infrastructure by leveraging existing point-of-sale terminals (ATMs, fuel pumps and in-lane check-out screens) to enable them to offer lottery products. This technology has successfully been developed, tested and deployed, establishing Linq3 as the sole provider for “ticketless” lottery gameplay through these terminal types.
Prior to joining Linq3, John served in various CTO roles at Fiserv. John led teams responsible for architecture, IT operations, and core application development for Fiserv’s electronic payments, biller solutions and enterprise technology divisions.
John began his career with IBM and has held technology management positions at AFLAC, State Street Global Advisors, and Barnett Banks (now Bank of America). John also served as Chief Information Officer for Ceridian Benefits Services where he was responsible for technology strategy and application development and he served as Chief Technology Officer with TSYS Acquiring Solutions where he was responsible for the company’s technology delivery, operations and governance functions. John served as Chief Technology Officer for Columbus, GA based Synovus where he was responsible for system performance, delivery of solutions, and overall technical leadership.
John holds a BSBA degree in Management from the University of Florida.
