Aligheri is responsible for the oversight of new technology developments, project management, product management and strategic vision for the Jackson portfolio of business applications. Aligheri brings more than 27 years of experience in software development, architecture, research and development, as well as product management to Jackson. He has the unique ability to understand a company's vision and orchestrate a powerful development campaign. Aligheri is an award-winning information technology leader. He has been recognized for combining original conceptual creativity with technology, to design successful client server and web-based technology. Prior to joining Jackson, Aligheri held executive positions at HealthPort, Per-Se Technologies (now McKesson), Cox Interactive Media (now Coxnet), MedAssets and HBOC (now McKesson). November 17, 2011 Brian P. Shield is executive vice president and chief information officer of The Weather Channel, Inc., a position he has held since joining the company in 1998. As head of the Information Technology (IT) organization, Shield oversees all technology infrastructure, internal systems, weather forecasting, broadcast and software engineering, and implementation of industry leading technology products and services. He is responsible for setting the strategic vision, technical direction, and financial planning on behalf of the IT organization. Shield is also responsible for design and delivery of all the global TWC technology products and services including: ITV, VOD and industry leading digital video solutions for cable, satellite and telecommunication distributors. Products and content delivery services extend across the global marketplace of The Weather Channel. These include: on-air products, radio, newspaper, and satellite, and the distribution of content to support the weather.com web site, web partnerships, desktop applications and mobile platforms. Prior to joining The Weather Channel in 1998, Shield served as CIO of FTD Inc. in Chicago, IL. At FTD, he was responsible for all IT including their global network reaching over 125 countries. Preceding his tenure at FTD, Shield had been CTO and head of software development at the investment firm of Scudder Kemper, in Boston, and formerly with Wang Laboratories. During his 20-plus year technology career, he has specialized in emerging technologies, product development, software engineering, open source solutions, R&D, operations and IT organizational development. Shield is a member of SMPTE, SCTE, Co-Chair of Media/Entertainment, CIO Executive Council, Georgia CIO Leadership Association Advisory Council, Atlanta CEO High Tech Council board of advisors, SIM and active in a number of industry, community and non-profit organizations. Shield was named Georgia CIO of year in 2004 and won a technology Emmy award for his work in television in 2007. A native of Boston, Shield completed his education at Bentley College in Waltham, MA, where he majored in Computer Science while minoring in Management and Accounting. He is married with three young children and is a resident of Marietta, GA. |

October 20, 2011 After graduating from Georgia Tech with a Mechanical Engineering degree, Noonan joined Rockwell Automation as a systems engineer specializing in real-time process control systems for industrial automation applications. Noonan founded two successful control systems technology companies while residing in Boston: Actuation Electronics, a precision motion-control company and Leapfrog Technologies, a software development environment for real time process control and automation applications. In addition to the Mechanical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech, Noonan also holds a Business degree from Harvard. He is active in numerous professional societies and serves on the boards of Woodruff Arts Center, Georgia Tech Foundation, Georgia Tech’s College of Computing, the Carter Center’s Board of Counselors, Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and Young President’s Organization. |

June 16, 2011 Dr. Yadav, an interventional cardiologist, founded CardioMEMS in 2000 to develop new devices for the treatment of chronic cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure. Dr. Yadav's most recent success is the Champion™ Heart Failure Monitoring System, the first permanently implantable, wireless, battery-free device that provides crucial cardiac information from home for patients suffering from heart failure. Dr. Yadav is a consulting cardiologist at the Piedmont Heart Institute. He is the author of over 200 publications and two books. Dr. Yadav was the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of AngioGuard, Inc., developer of the first filter for emboli prevention during interventional and surgical procedures, which was acquired by Johnson & Johnson in 1998. Dr. Yadav is a director of several private medical device and technology companies. Dr. Yadav holds a B.S. from Yale University and an M.D. from West Virginia University Medical School. Dr. Yadav’s post-graduate medical training was performed at Duke University and The University of Alabama at Birmingham. |

April 21, 2011 John Ujda is the vice-president of marketing for Better World Books, the online bookseller with a soul. Better World Books is a for-profit social enterprise that collects and sells used books online with part of every sale funding literacy programs around the world. John previously served as vice president of product management at Primedia and as director of product management at EarthLink. He served 2.5 years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Papua New Guinea, and he started his career in information technology at Procter & Gamble. John graduated the University of Notre Dame with dual degrees in Computer Engineering and Spanish, and he earned his MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School. John drives a hybrid vehicle, likes brussel sprouts, and shamelessly reads tons of sci-fi. By the way, his last name is pronounced 'wee-da'. |

March 17, 2011 Mark Morel is an experienced software industry entrepreneur who has built several very successful businesses. Most recently, he co-founded and grew Procuri until its acquisition by Ariba in late 2007. Prior to that he was co-founder and chief administrative officer of Just Care, Inc., a private medical prison company; founder, president, COO and board member of Multi-Media Data Systems, a healthcare software development firm; and president of Meridian VAT Reclaim Inc., the U.S. marketing arm of a multi-national financial services company. Mr. Morel began his career on Wall Street in the investment banking group of Shearson American Express, prior to leaving and starting his first company. Mark holds a degree in Economics from Tulane University and categorically denies any and all rumors that he frequented the French Quarter in New Orleans while at school. |

November 18, 2010 Dr. Neil A. Mackay was appointed president and chief executive officer for EMS Technologies, Inc. in November 2009. An EMS veteran, Mackay most recently was executive vice president and chief operating oofficer (COO), overseeing EMS's consolidation strategy,the day-to-day operations of the company's business units and the Strategy & Innovation function. Mackay's corporate business career spans more than three decades, including 16 years with EMS. He has broad experience an an aviation and communications executive. Prior to being named COO, Mackay served as EVP of Strategy, focusingon Mergers and Acquisitions. He guided four key acquisitons which added approximately $90 million to EMS's overall revenues. Mackay joined EMS in 1993 following its acquisition of Ottawa-based CAL Corp., where he was president and CEO. He also served as CEO for several telecommunications, software and aviation companies. |

Dana Tardelli is Associate Vice President of Strategy and Pricing for AT&T’s Emerging Devices & Partnership organization. He oversees market strategy and planning for the group. He is responsible for structuring new business relationships, conducting pricing analysis, and supporting special projects. His team also gathers and analyzes market research relevant to the emerging devices market. Dana was a key member of the Apple iPhone negotiation team that secured the ground-breaking exclusive arrangement for AT&T. He led the strategic assessment and financial structuring of the iPhone opportunity. Dana continues to support the Apple relationship in projects such as the iPad. |
