Sandeep Gauba serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Metasys Technologies Inc. (MTI), a leading provider of Category Management Services, Outsourcing and Professional Staffing solutions.
Sandeep is responsible for creating and driving the company’s vision and strategy with a key focus to help its clients win in the global marketplace. He is passionate about delivering value, and believes that open, trusting relationships led by knowledgeable teams that collaborate are the key to creating sustainable competitive advantage.
Sandeep has over 15 years of experience in supply chain management with expertise in cost management, performance reporting, services procurement, workforce management and staffing. A strong leader in leveraging technology to deliver strategic gains, Sandeep has consistently created transformational value for several Fortune 1000 and mid-market companies.
Sandeep currently serves on the Strategic Committee and the Board of TAG (Technology Association of Georgia), is a former President of USPAACC-SE and has served on numerous Boards including the Georgia Minority Supplier Development Council.
Sandeep has an undergraduate degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a MBA from the University of Maryland. He belongs to the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor society.
Under Sandeep’s leadership, Metasys has been recognized on Atlanta Business Chronicle’s list of “A+ Employers – Best Places to Work in Atlanta”. In 2008, the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce honored MTI as one of the 50 Fastest growing businesses in the US, and in 2007, MTI was presented the National Supplier of the Year Award by the National Minority Supplier Development Council.
As an active member of the community, he is an alumnus of Leadership Atlanta and is involved in several organizations such as the American Cancer Society and the United Way. Sandeep is particularly passionate about serving children and the elderly. He volunteers at a Senior Citizen Program in Atlanta and teaches teenagers over the weekends.
