Scott Klososky, a former CEO of three successful startup companies, focuses on how technology is changing the world. Currently, Klososky serves as the founder and Chairman of the Board of Alkami Technology, his latest technology startup. His book, Enterprise Social Technologies: Helping Organizations Harness the Power of Social Media, Social Networking, Social Relevance, provides a twelve-step model for implementing social technology within any size of organization.
Rita McGrath, a Professor at Columbia Business School, is one of the world's leading experts on strategy in highly uncertain and volatile environments. She co-authored the book, Discovery Driven Growth: A Breakthrough Process to Reduce Risk and Seize Opportunity, which was one of Bloomberg Businessweek's Best Innovation and Design Books of 2009. She is a popular speaker and consults with senior leadership teams helping them to create an entrepreneurial mindset, drive growth, and recognize when and how to disengage.
Roger Martin has served as Dean of the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto since 1998. His book, The Design of Business: Why Design Thinking is the Next Competitive Advantage, is filled with deep insights and fresh perspectives that reveal the true foundation of successful, profitable innovation. In 2007 he was named a BusinessWeek 'B-School All-Star' for being one of the 10 most influential business professors in the world. Martin writes extensively on design and is a regular columnist for BusinessWeek.com's Innovation and Design Channel.
Steve Farber is the president of Extreme Leadership, Inc., an organization devoted to the cultivation and development of Extreme Leaders in the business community. His latest book, Greater Than Yourself: The Ultimate Lesson In Leadership, was a Wall Street Journal® and USA Today® bestseller. A subject-matter expert in business leadership and a frequent guest on news-talk shows around the country, Farber is a senior-level leadership coach and consultant who has worked with and spoken to a wide variety of public and private organizations.
Howard Putnam is the former CEO of Southwest and Braniff Airlines and Group VP of Marketing for United Airlines. He is a business and motivational speaker, author, consultant, commentator, and online mentor on: Leadership, Customer Service, Change, Transformation and Ethics. He was the first airline CEO to successfully take a major carrier, Braniff International, into, through, and out of chapter 11. He is the author of The Winds of Turbulence: A CEO's Reflections on Surviving and Thriving on the Cutting Edge of Corporate Crisis.
Dave Logan is co-founder and senior partner of CultureSync, a management consulting firm specializing in cultural change, strategy, and negotiation. He works with Fortune 500 companies, governments, and nonprofits and is co-author of Tribal Leadership. Logan is also a professor at the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Currently, he teaches leadership and negotiation in the USC Executive MBA, and is on the faculty at the Center for Medical Excellence in Portland and the International Center for Leadership In Finance (ICLIF) in Kuala Lumpur, endowed by the former prime minister of Malaysia.
