About the Event
Last Fall, the Georgia Department of Economic Development, Metro Atlanta Chamber, and TAG Health hosted the first annual Health IT Leadership Summit to a crowd of 500+ attendees. In attendance were representatives from more than 100 leading health IT companies in Georgia. This critical event highlighted Georgia’s leadership in the industry and addressed the actions needed to build and sustain a premier health IT workforce.
On November 8, 2011, we will be back at the Historic Fox Theatre to discuss How Georgia Leads - the programs and initiatives that support a robust health IT cluster.
The 2011 program will feature a morning keynote presentation, networking, and a panel discussion. In the afternoon, attendees can select to attend two of our four modules: Workforce Readiness, Special Projects, Capital Investments, and Public Policy. The all day event will conclude with our special Innovation module and a cocktail reception. All of these exceptional presentations will showcase how we are preparing for tomorrow by building a foundation for the next generation.
