Chris Reinking is known for solving complex business problems using a creative and analytical approach for breaking down issues and developing innovative business solutions. Chris specializes in Customer Interaction consulting with a focus on Strategy, Customer Experience, and CRM delivery. Additionally, Chris is considered a market leader in driving Operational Excellence through Process Optimization, defining and teaching organizations how to properly do Business Analysis, and helping clients deliver high quality through a focus on Quality Management and Demand Management.
Prior to co-founding Jabian Consulting, Chris worked with Accenture in their Business Consulting practice within the Communications and High Tech industry group. Prior to Accenture, Chris served as a Sales Representative for Percipient Corporation where he was responsible for technology sales and account development.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in History with a minor in Economics from Davidson College. His liberal arts education provided Chris with the background needed to apply a holistic approach to solving the most difficult business problems. Chris has been published in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, presented to an international audience from Consulting Magazine regarding his thought leadership on Demand Management, published white papers on CRM, spoken on CRM industry trends to Technology Association of Georgia (TAG), and has moderated speaking events on Innovation.
Chris is passionate about community involvement. In 2009 Chris was instrumental in the creation of Jabian Cares, which is Jabian’s charitable 501(c)3 organization whose ‘mission is to support innovative approaches to improve the quality of life in our local community’ and currently serves as the President of Jabian Cares. In addition to his work on Jabian Cares, Chris is one of the founding members of Project Healing Waters Georgia, serves on the Board of Directors for Park Pride, and serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Technology Association of Georgia's Education Collaborative.
When Chris is not focusing on delivering client value or developing the extremely talented consulting staff at Jabian, he is busy keeping up with his wife, Lori, three sons, and Golden Retriever. Chris enjoys teaching his sons to love the outdoors and is an avid fly fisherman, skier, and camper. Additionally Chris enjoys traveling, music, and college football.
