As Cloud Computing continues to evolve as an integral part of the IT infrastructure, this course utilizes the ITILv3 framework to assist organizations in strategically entering the cloud with a distinct focus on up-front Strategy and the Transition process. This course can be taught from two perspectives: Setting-up and managing your own Cloud as a service provider and/or How to ensure that your organization is an effective Cloud end-user.

This course is an interactive workshop intended to provide the audience with actionable information at the course completion.
